Double Storey Residential Extension

Works Description:

1) Large 2 storey extension enlarging existing rooms and adding new rooms. Extensive works were carried out to the existing flat roof to create pitched roof.

2) The extension extended over 2 storeys down the side and across the back of the building.

3) The extension gave the client a very large upstairs bathroom, a new upstairs bedroom, a new downstairs living room and a very large open plan kitchen.

4) The existing flat roof and that of the neighbouring property were replaced with completely new pitched roof structures.

5) One new bathroom suite was installed.

6) A high quality exterior render was applied to all exterior walls.
