Works Description:

1) Major structural works to create an open plan working area. These works involved close liaison with structural enginer as normal working practises were unsuitable.

2) Complete replastering to ground floor.

3) New interior and exterior joinery to ground floor shop area.

4) Rewiring for electric sockets, data sockets, new ceiling lighting, interior display lighting and exterior lighting.

5) New central heating system.

6) Kitchen fitted to create staff area.

7) Installation of air conditioning.

8) Fitting of all window displays and wall mounted displays
